WEDDING FAQ
How long do we need for all the photos on the day of the wedding?
After the ceremony, we’ll need 15-20 minutes for family photos, 20-25 minutes for your entourage and around 45-60 minutes for your couple session.
How far in advance should we book?
We accept bookings 6-12 months in advance. The earlier you book the better, as we only do a limited amount of weddings per year and especially during peak season, dates get filled up quite quickly.
Can I give you a list of photos I like?
You are more than welcome to give us some photos that we can use for inspiration, but we won’t replicate these shots exactly, as we’d rather shoot everything we see in a natural way, capturing the emotion and feel of the day, instead of working from a specific list.
How many final images will I receive?
We don’t put a certain number on the amount of images we give our clients, but every awesome image we get, you'll get! You'll always get at least 6oo photos though.
Do you provide black and white images?
Being digital, we photograph in colour, but during the editing process we will do some black and white conversions on images as well.
How long will it take to get my images?
We work on a completion time of around 8 weeks, but we always aim to make that time shorter, if possible.
What if you’re sick on our wedding day?
We would have to be close to dying before we miss a wedding, but in the highly unfortunate event that we can’t be there, we'll send a competent professional photographer in our place. We would still do the editing and put the album together for you.
How does copyright work?
We retain copyright on all images for commercial purposes. You are welcome to use them for competitions, etc. We do retain the right to publish all wedding photos on our website, advertising mediums, magazines, etc. If there are certain photos you’d prefer not to be shown on the internet, let us know and we can accommodate that with pleasure.

How would you describe your style?
We love to shoot things as they happen, in the moment. We love to tell the story at a wedding or lifestyle shoot. The excitement, expressions and true heart-felt moments that life’s made up of is what drives us.
What types of photography do you offer?
We specialize in wedding and lifestyle photography, but also do other photography, like corporate or editorial work, on request.
Where are you based and do you travel?
We are based in Johannesburg, but we’re happy to travel all across the country to capture your amazing day. We’ll even get on a plane and join you in another country if you’re doing a destination wedding.
Do I need to pay a booking fee to book a shoot?
Yes, to confirm any shoot, we require a 30% booking fee to secure the date and package you have chosen
Can we meet up before booking you?
Sure, give us a shout and let’s have a coffee and a chat, at a convenient time.
What equipment do you use?
We use the latest pro gear from Fujifilm and shoot on prime lenses for the best quality images. We always have backup equipment on hand as well.
Do you edit your images?
We do select editing on all our photos to enhance the images, but we do not over-edit our work. Keeping it natural, but beautiful and timeless is what we’re all about.
